Noncompete: Whats your State say?

Noncompete clauses are everywhere nowadays, even when they can’t be actually enforced.  Good scare though for the uninformed.   Want to be informed? Check out this: https://bit.ly/2QbwDxN

And poof! You’re informed.   Some states can allow enforcement of noncompetes, but the limits are sometimes grey – see you in Court as they say.
